Original Thread: Deadlift Form Check 1x4
The critics from the first thread were the following:
1) Not lifting the chest up
2) Hips dropping
3) Jerking the bar off the ground
4) Not locking out
This video is two weekly cycles later (which is two deadlift work outs later).
Please let me know what you see, and as always, any quality input is greatly appreciated.
I attempted the fix these issues and am still having trouble lifting with my chest.
Also, on the second rep, I breath out at the top.
For about three weeks (three deadlift workouts), I have been feeling like the lift is pulling my lumbar spine out of extension. I apologize for not having a better view for this problem, but space is limited and the video taking criteria were conflicting.
