Squat form check, heel rise
Hello, I would like some guidance on how to fix my heels rising during the ascent of the squat.
I posted this on the subreddit and was given advice to get wider by about two inches on each foot and to cut depth by about two inches. I did this during today's workout, but it didn't stop my heels from rising from the floor (though I will continue to work on correcting depth and stance width). I was wondering if there are any other errors in my squat form.

I see nothing wrong here except the depth.
