    squat start at 30sec.

sorry to tire you with many idiot question.
this is my rehab squat(85kg) for reps.i tried to cut down depth.
    -is my squat still deep?

-I am very discomfort with belt.my belt is that shick,4inch,9mm thick,
    and type is shude.
I can low back control to extension.
but very hard to extension with belt.
    in video,it seems to extension.but I can't feel extension.
    I tried many way.but really don't know.
my height is 195cm but my trunk length is so short.
do i change belt to 3inch? or there is another solution?

-is high reps(10~15)squat also need 5sets?or too much volume?
now i can squat up to 95kg for reps.

    Thank you.

Squats in video = Very Good. 15 reps is too many.

Squats are good but you = too small. Eat more. Much more. Squats will be easier. Back will hurt less.

Do you train in a weightlifting gym? That place looks really nice.

He can't find a coach to tell him if is squats are deep enough, if he should try a different belt, or if 15 rep squats is too many in a god damned weightlifting gym in Asia?

    I smell troll shit.

Perhaps he doesn't have access to the entire continent. Calm down, you fool, he's not a troll. He's merely a Korean.

I might be mistaken, but I don't think weightlifting is very big in South Korea (I'm going by the flag in the background).

Yes, the guts of the planet are crawling with Koreans.

You'll have to explain this to the OP.
