Today's trip to WFAC

I live in Lubbock but was traveling to Dallas this weekend for my pre-wedding weekend with my best friend and his small family. I made time to drive back through Wichita Falls and stop at WFAC.

Juli offered some much needed advice on what I was fouling up on the squat and press. After leaving Hyde Park Gym in Austin when we moved away, this is the first time I had gotten to train in a serious place, not just a shitty corporate playground for man-children and actual children.

I just wanted to let anyone know that if you can make a trip sometime, the gym and its people do not disappoint.
