Once i am done on TM, i am going to do 5/3/1 and more o-lifting. 5/3/1 appears to allow for 5kg monthly increase on the squat squatting once a week only. This leaves me 2 days to focus on o-lifting whilst still getting stronger. This is an attractive option. I hope it works.
