Squat form check
I’m trying to make my hips go straight up instead of back and up. I think the first rep is pretty good, but later reps are not so good. Maybe I just need to try harder. Any tips?

Your ok. Focus on staying in your hips. Reps 3+ the bar moves a little slower and you lift you chest a bit early. Trust your form and stay tight and drive up with your hips. Your losing power by trying to stand up too soon.
