I would suggest the famous OB-86b. Same price (free shipping) for something new that you can return.

I'm looking to add a 3rd barbell to my home gym for a reasonable price but not trying to get a piece of shit. Need a jack of all trades bar, not deadlift or squat specific. I'm not exactly sure what I should be looking for but do you guys think this looks like a good deal?

I think that's the same bar I purchased last year based on the recommendations from this forum. Though it cost $132 then. In any event, it's awesome. As a jack of all trades bar I don't think you will be disappointed. The first bar I received was a little bent (I forget the numbers now), it probably would have been fine as I did do a couple of lifts with it and couldn't tell. Nonetheless, it still bothered me so I sent that one back and ordered another. This bar was dead nuts straight and I've been using it for the last 6 months without any issues.

I've been using if for around a month and I like it. But then again, I am generally inexperienced.

Awesome, thanks a lot guys.
Just bought it. I'll let you guys know how it goes. Thanks again.
I think you'll enjoy it. My wife surprised me with mine for valentines and I have been using it since that for all lifts.
Why do you need 3 bars?
Ive got 4 guys lifting together there now including me and there are some cases where our schedule's don't align and one guy is pressing while another is deadlifting and another is squatting or whatever. Right now people are just waiting midworkout but that's annoying. All 4 of us are chipping in on the bar so it'll be well worth it.
That's a great valentine's day gift.
