Hi coaches. I've never squatted this much before and have a history of bad back so I wanna make sure form is good. This is 285. My 2nd rep seems shaky but they look good to me. Video quality is much better w full screen.

Will do. I had been going too deep and was trying to find that happy medium. I thought you literally just had to get the hip apex below the top of kneecap?
That is literally all you have to do, but in coaching you shouldn't need some type of measuring stick to tell, especially from that angle. Borderline means I need the measuring stick. It is also harder to distinguish on video when people are wearing black shorts. Next form check try and wear different color shorts/pants, it just makes it easier to see where the crease is.
