I have a fracture of the navicular bone in the left wrist that turned into an avascular necrosis (no blood supply to the part that fractured off and it turned into a big calcium blob) which in turn severely restricts flexion and extension of the wrist. So it is difficult to do power cleans with a rack much more than a press position. Which would be better to do?

    1) Power cleans with a catch in the press position (PR 205)
    2) Power Snatch which I can do without an extremely wide grip (PR 185)
    3) Clean Pulls, High Pulls, etc. (never really PRed but worked with 275)
    4) just resort to barbell rows (PR 275)

I want to get the best I can out of my workouts to be as athletic as possible.
Oh, I am 40 an this injury happened in football when I was a sophmore. I can do work sets with 335 in squat and 385 in DL if that helps any.

    Thanks for the input.

If you can clean occasionally with a press grip and fill in your explosive work with hi-pulls of different styles, I'd say you're fine. Do all that stuff on the list, in fact.
