    Interesting story in today's NYT concerning T replacement therapy in elderly men versus drug testing in sports: http://www.nytimes.com/2013/09/16/sp...it_th_20130916

    The comments on the story are equally interesting, ranging from "you go" to the ignorant "taking the easy path" to a world record.

    I saw this last week. I immediately knew he has mistimed his weekly injection, or he got cocky, thinking they weren't going to bother testing the masters guys. But the PanAm Masters is a big meet, and the pompous cocksuckers at USADA scored another victory for morality in sports competition. He should have known better, knowing the pompous cocksuckers at USADA from having competed at that level before. I hope everyone feels a little better knowing that Sport Purity is in the best of hands.

    Note the Biden reference in the article. Fucking NYT.

    People are sick who do not recognize trt for an 80 year old competitor as a medical intervention, not doping.
    The " old people should just fade away crowd" must have no understanding what motivates an aging person to attain the highest quality of life until the heart stops beating. The comments are mostly infuriating from timid souls.

    That was my favorite as well. I had to read it a couple of times to make sure it wasn't tongue in cheek.

    Seriously, he was disqualified for that even when he had a Rx for it? This whole thing is just bullshit.

    I think the answer to that rhetorical question - is no one who understands training and the effects T has on recovery at an advanced age.

    I wonder where our friend Oz Gator is at the moment? Maybe he could send Mr. Ramos a few of his links showing HRT is really bad for your health. LOL!
