    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    When I am at the end of the Novice progression and I have made massive gains in bodyweight and weights lifted do I have to keep eating 4000-6000 calories a day to maintain these gains?
