    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    Yeah, the title pretty much says it all. Get it together with one of the 4-5 CrossFit affiliates in the area around here and make the trip. I'll buy you a beer. If you like Haggis, I'll even take you to the best Scottish restaurant in town. Make it happen.

    I'll be there when an affiliate asks me to come. And they have a Scottish restaurant??? Holy shit. That's our Saturday night location.
