    Hey Rip,

    Few questions regarding the stickied injury protocol.

    1. So only preform the lifts that agitate the injury? And neglect all the other ones? So if benching and pressing are the only exercises aggravating it, that means two weeks of nothing but benching and pressing?

    2. After doing it for two weeks, should one return back to the weight used in the work sets of the last workout? How badly will strength diminish?

    1. If you have an injury in need of attention, all your recovery capacity should be devoted to the injury.

    2. You will lose strength in the other lifts commensurate with a 2-week layoff, but you will be healed up. Sorry. But hey, I didn't ask you to hurt yourself.
