    Hi Rip

    I'd be grateful if you could look at my squats.

    Started SS about 4 weeks ago. I've moved squats up from 47.5kg in 2.5 kg jumps since then.

    Bodyweight has moved up from 76.5 kg to 80 kg.

    These squats are starting to get hard.

    On the video I can see my knees are moving in a little on reps 4 and 5.

    Anything else you see needs improvement?

    Looking up, no hip drive. Standard shit. Has someone taken down my squat vid sticky, goddammit???

    Damn.

    I really have made a dilligent effort to apply the information in SS and the video compilation.

    As for the head up thing all I can do is concur with what you said about attention span being very short under a bar that feels heavy.

    Anyway, after reading that critique I can assure you my head is now looking down. Maybe it will stay that way when I squat tomorrow.

    Back to the drawing board.
