    Hi coach.

In ggw program, how should I handle missed sessions/schedule chances?
Right now I can consistently train 3 days a week mwf, but im becoming a dad soon and prioritys/responsibilities will change.

So hypotetically if this week im training: mon/wed/fri, next week: mon/thu, next week: tue/thu/sat, next week: mon/wed/sat, next week: mon/fri etc. Should I just pick off where I left and keep plugging in, even if some weeks I might just lift twice?

I set things up in GGW so that you don't have to do ALL you heavy lifts in 1 session. I mainly did this to keep the heavy day from being so brutal and long. HOWEVER, if you know that the last part of your week is gonna get screwed from time to time then you might benefit from putting all your heavy lifts on day one. Then light days are all light and medium days are all medium. That way if you miss on occasion it's just a medium day and that isn't going to screw with your programming too much. As long as you get that one solid workout in at the beginning of the week you'll probably be just fine.
