KSC Method for Power-Building
First off, thanks Andy for everything you contribute to the forum. Lots of invaluable information shared here, free for folks to chew on!
Just wanted to take a minute to say how overwhelmingly pleased I am at the KSC Method for Power-Building! Was introduced to SS about 4 years ago and ran through the LP. Afterwards, ran some 5x5, then a few 5/3/1 cycles. Over the past 12 months just been kind of "going through the motions" in the gym. Getting the workouts in, but kind of burnt out physically and mentally.
After stumbling across the KSC Power-Building method, I was quickly intrigued by it's unique, but simple, approach. After purchasing it and embarking on the program, I can say I am having FUN in the gym again!! I'm not training for any powerlifting meet, so when strength training ceases to become fun, it's more difficult to force myself to do it. I have 4 kids, so it's not like I have a tremendous amount of free time on my hands - I've got other enjoyable things I could be doing. I want to get in the gym, hit it fast and hard, and get out while still making gains! This is exactly how I've felt with KSC Power-Building!!!!
If anyone is "going through the motions" or feeling stagnant with their workouts. I strongly recommend this book!! It is a great bargain for the few pesos it sells for!!
Thanks again, Andy!!
God Bless!!
