    They interfere in a big way. How do you guys deal with this?

    Maybe it's just my own anthropometry, but I found keeping my knees slightly bent kept the bar just off my wedding tackle. Of course it scraped off all the hair and occasionally bruised my upper quads.

    If I did, I probably discovered that standing fully upright like that is not a good idea.

    There are a few exercises that give you more with less, but I think most people are capable of way more than 135.
    I recently found out what the Kaz did to build his traps, he did snatch grip shrugs for sets of 50 reps with heavy weights.
