That's why guys like Coan never picked their numbers and had guys who picked for them.
I’ve been struggling with my overhead press. The last couple of weeks I’ve actually done worse on my work set weight of 116lbs. Last week I could only handle one rep. Nothing I know of has changed in my eating or sleeping things were just going south. Yesterday I got set up to give it one more try but I put 117lbs on it thinking I had set it up with 116. I got out four good reps. The power of the mind not knowing what I was lifting!
