So I'm going to my first weightlifting competition at the end of August. That gives me two months to prepare.

Currently my C&J is 100kg and my snatch is 85kg. I weight 92kg. I'm going to compete in the 94kg div.

I'm planning on making these my openers. How much do you guys think I can improve in two months? My question is, if those are my max right now, are they too high for openers?

Also, my back squat is 200kg for comparison. I'm strong but technique is my main issue right now.

Also, okay to bring my gf to the comp?

It depends on your current programming more than anything else. I suggest not making any changes in programming other than tapering. Your "coach" should be able to help you with that, if he doesn't and you suck at the comp, change coaches.

Carni, 100kg? No offense, but whatcha been doing, man?

Given your strength level, I'd say you should be able to hit 120kg C&J (scale for snatch).

    Is your jerk the problem?

I think he's probably gotten pretty good at jerking by now.

Also, 200kg squat video or GTFO.

You've already been caught shitposting on serious threads like The Thread of Awesome (it's on E&P, I know), been caught with a second account (lowerpifter) shitposting on this Training forum, and you expect people to treat you seriously?
