I haven't gotten that since I added 2 x 90% working weight to the warm up sets. It makes the jump to working weight less drastic.
You know how when you unrack the bar for a new PR squat it seems to pin you to the ground and dig into your shoulder blades?
So why not add 20-30 lbs to your PR, unrack the bar and just hold it there for 30secs x3, after your work set or on light day.
Anyone tried this before? Could it be a good idea?

It is okay. That can still happen. Tack on some of the following words and you can still profit:

tactical
spec-op
neuro-endocrine
Write a piece on a sketchy site entitled, "The One Weird Trick that is Holding You Back from Squatting 300 kg" and sell a 15-page e-book for $89 and this thing could have legs. Your early retirement awaits.
If you can find a way to use "encrypted" in there, too, the sky is the limit.
