Slingshot bench integration
How do most of you intermediates integrate the slingshot into your benching program?
I'm doing Hepburn B so a 2-3 rep progression scheme and I'd like to add in some type of slingshot work because it seems like it would be an aid to get ready for the heavier weights. I was thinking of doing the rep progression Mon/Fri and on Wednesday mixing in some slingshot, floor press, and/or pause bench. I just was wondering how often to add slingshot and how much additional weight to use with it? I have the red slingshot...brand new, never used. It looks cool hanging on the wall though.

The red is about 15%, but you don't need to add weight necessarily. You could just finish with higher rep work with a weight you can normally only for say 6-8 reps. You could add weight and do slow eccentrics, this will build some muscle as well as teach you control of a heavier weight.
