Grip the bar tightly before you start squeezing your chest up. When you squeeze up feel like your trying to pull the slack out of the bar before you break it from the floor. Take a second in-between reps to repeat the above instruction. If your doing this right it will feel like your upper back muscles are going to cramp. Face away from the mirror and focus your eye gaze about 10-15 feet in front of you on the floor. Lastly for now, at the top of each rep lock those knees and stick your chest out like your life depends on it. Post another vid in a week.
