    Default Chin-up Cheats For Dodgy Elbows

    Have any of my fully-matured brethren tried any of the angled or even swivel-adjustable pullup handles? There's a brand called "Stamina" that seems to have replaced the Perfect Pullup and a fixed style called "The Back Bull". I'm trying to work in chins but simply hanging at full extension now days seems to cause my elbows to protest.

    Any thoughts or experiences appreciated.

    I can't do chins anymore--although I like them better. Pullups are better (for me) and harder, but I really like hammer grip--no elbow issue on either. Maybe I'll get some going this year. No experience with your devices...

    I second pullups as less taxing on elbows. Switched over to pull-ups from hammer grip and never had any more problem.
