Nearing the end of rehab for an adductor strain (http://startingstrength.com/resource...ad.php?t=42447).

That's going well, so on the normal day in the rotation for Deadlift, I thought I'd post one heavy enough to show form problems (but not hamper the rehab):

I have had a slightly exaggerated thoracic kyphotic curve for as long as I can remember (not from an injury). I notice that when I bring my chest up to get lumbar extension, my hips drop a bit, but I favor the straighter spine to keeping the hips high.

Maybe wrongly so, not sure how to best correct that, except maybe through increasing hip extensor flexibility by continuing to lift?

The vid was the best I could do right now, hopefully it's good enough.

    Thanks.

I don't see anything particularly wrong on the deads, though you need to finish every rep at the top.

Awesome, thanks Mac. And I will work on the finish.

I didn't intend to include two links for that vid, I even proof-read the damn thing. Sorry for any wasted time there Mac.
