    Is this movement functional? (Insert joke here) I guess it could be...for instance an MMA fighter seeking to get stronger in throwing someone off him that has him in the mount.

    Yeah, he's a genius (insert sarcasm). It really is too much crap to post the "high points." Just read the link below if you feel like wasting your time. Perhaps if he'd focus on technique while training movements...what a novel approach.
