Haven't been able to squat for a while due to recurring shoulder pain. I do deadlift. Do leg presses help maintain my squat gains? I haven't done them in years. 15 years ago I quit doing them at 500Lbs X 20 reps...
I was doing HB squats. I tried putting the bar on my front shoulders the other day, couldn't do it. Not sure if they are too narrow or what..... this sucks.
