Post seminar deadlift checkup
Coaches,
My cues at the SS seminar were:
-keep my weight mid foot (off my toes)
-chest up, hips up
-keep bar on the shins
-finish pull completely with a big chest at the top
After my deadlift not progressing for 3 months (I have gained almost 10 lb of bw in that time), I am trying 2x3 as of 3 weeks ago. Here is my first attempt at 3 plates. Feedback greatly appreciated as always.

Your dropping your hips during your set up. After your shins touch the bar (assuming your staying mid foot) the hips do not get any lower. YOU must simply squeeze your chest up to get into position.
