Squat check 330x5 (last set)
I feel like my squat form may be going south now that I'm passed the 315 mark. I have had issues in he past with being too flexable in the lumbar. I was over flexing it. After watching this clip I feel like I may have gone too far the other way. It looks as if my back may be a bit rounded.

Agreed. Your back is a bit rounded, or flexed. Flexing your back implies rounding. Extending it makes it concave up, or more like the letter "U." Might be time to consider a belt. You want to put your spine in better extension and get deeper. Several of your reps were shallow.
