Hello SSCs,
Would you mind reviewing my squat?
My own critique is that my knees are all over the place and I don't hold my head per Rippetoe. In terms of training numbers, I will get 385x5x5 tomorrow for VD, recent ID maxes are 460x1, 425x3, 410x5, with a top single of 470x1 planned for next Monday.
Is the knee wobble enough to cause worry? Do I need to deload & build back up with solid knees? Or is this okay given that it is a 5RM?
