Thanks very much for the Q&A here. I've learned a lot from reading past threads and appreciate that you do this for free.
I recorded the squats from last night's Volume Day and was hoping to get some feedback. I'm guessing I'm not staying tight enough and my knees are moving around too much. I've been making an effort to cut depth to just below parallel.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
