    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    Am i getting depth? ive tried slowing down the reps to avoid dive bombing and its lead to me staying tighter, which is good, but also hurt my stretch reflex and now my depth is suspect

    Depends on which federation you're lifting in. If it's the APF, you're fine.

    I might bet money your knees are tracking inside your toes…

    Satch is right. You need to narrow up your stance a bit and shove the knees out and it should help with depth.

    Is his left elbow lowering so much impacting on the lift you think? Seems like it could be a problem at heavier weights

    It's the least of his problems to be addressed. We work to fix things in priority order.
