    Hey boys,

So I’d love to increase my forearm size/grip strength as it’s been an area I’ve never worked directly.. my current routine has me deadlifting, high-pulls and doing chin-ups 3x a week which I know are said to greatly aid it. I was curious as to what y’all thought about adding something with metal hand grips at the end of each workout, unless what I’m doing currently is sufficient..

If anyone had a rep/set scheme (or knows if I can train grip/forearms every day) I’d be much obliged!

    Thanks

Captains of crush work well. I don't know if they do anything for size, but they will help with grip strength.

I've been doing weighted walks and I can say that my DL has been improving, as far as my grip is concerned.

I would make sure and add some forearm extensor work, to keep balance. It's not difficult for the flexors to become overpowered.

Static holds with grippers work really well for me, as do farmer's walk as IronMike mentioned.
