So today was the first day in about 2 months i was just not able to muster any energy to squat. I had my heaviest day on monday at 325 on squat and did no miss a rep. 400 for my DL. today i just couldn't feel it even staying at 325. so i did 275 for 3x5. back is sore a little so held on power cleans. my bench today was good. so my question is when do i deload or do i? i am 6'1" and fluctuate weight between 214-216. I am eating roughly 2400-2600 cals a day. I feel like I am plateauing at this point. suggestions?

Switch to the advanced novice routine with a lighter squat day on Wednesdays at 70-80% of what you did on Monday. Continue to add 5 lbs Monday and Friday. Add about 600-800 cals a day and see how you do on that in both the gym and the waistline.
