    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    There's a one-day meet at York Barbell on March 3; anyone else planning to go?

    A crew from Brooklyn is heading down; I'm planning to make my competitive debut there (it's my home town.)

    Thanks for posting Michele. It's the place I will go to when I am ready, and the IPA seems like a good organization. Could you post some information about your experience at the meet?
