It looks like your knees are collapsing in a bit. Try to focus on keeping them out for the entire ascent.
This is me squatting 237lbs from two different angles. I was able to get all 5 reps for 2 sets on Monday but today I couldn't but that's not the issue. I really want to know if you think I'm utilizing the "rebound" and what else I'm doing wrong. Thanks
