    Default Training Schedule

    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    Hello,
    I am just wondering if this is ok.
    I did the first week of starting strength M-w-F
    I am starting the second week and because of work I have to train Tues-Thurs-Sat, I plan on going back to the M-w-F schedule after this week. Is this ok because I will not be getting 72 hours rest?

    It should be OK, you'll probably be able to do your workout without a problem. But if you get to your work sets that Monday and just don't quite have it to add weight to your lifts, don't worry about it. Go a bit lighter and you'll be back on schedule on Wednesday.
