Quick question regarding rest time between sets,
Working with my brother we will usually alternate directly after a completed set allowing for a down time of roughly 2-3 minutes, possibly shorter depending on circumstances and the way a 5 rep set dosen't take that long to complete.
Our working sets go well but the last rep in set 3 can be very difficult/near impossible sometimes due to fatigue which leads to me to ask if we should possibly we increasing our rest time.
We usually have no trouble dominating the first working set but decline from then on.

as you come to the end of linear progression, you may even need to take 10 minutes between sets. up your rest by a couple of mlinutes and see what happens.
