    Rip,

Even if you don't make this thread public, can you forward it to Sully? His inbox is full and I am curious of his thoughts on the video. The guy is harder to understand than Kelly Starrett, but I'm sure Sully can make sense of him.

    Thanks,

The problem with the first 35 minutes of this -- all I have time for -- is that Medicine is his approach. Medicine. That's all. I hear no practical solution for use today.

I skimmed through this. It looks like there's some good biology of aging in here at the cell/tissue level, but as Rip said I don't see anything about simple, effective approaches to combat today's Sick Aging Phenotype.

I'm pretty deep into projects exploring this from a more practical and evidence-based perspective at the moment. I'll happily take a deeper look if/when time permits. Thanks.

Rip: there's medicine, and then there's Medicine.

I found him to be extremely articulate and lucid. Very, very interesting approach to health in general.

If there were a practical solution it would have been invented a long time ago and De Grey could do other stuff. I admire the guy, it takes guts to try tackle aging.

He has dedicated his life for this research, what else should he do on top of that?

Get his deadlift up to 405. And in the process, learn something new.
