Press 2.0 check - 135
Hi coaches,
I've never asked for a press check, so here it is. As noted in my other thread, I have a good idea where I will stall on my LP but I would like to nail down any issues for when I move on to an intermediate program. Here are 2 of my 3 worksets. The third angle was from behind and didn't look all that useful.

Shove your hips forward, THEN press. You're doing both at the same time right now. You have to wait until your hips start moving back and your torso starts coming forward. Patience, my son.
