Fun, took the week off cause lazy and sliced my thumb open and didnt want to pop stitches. This was solid. Squat was shakey… benching was solid. The long pauses were LEGAL 2 m i s s i s s i p p i counts too, so i think its a PR.

I deadlift this friday, should have stitches out by then. To be safe this week and not cause any unnecessary issues I plan on using a straps.
(backstory, slice the side of the tip of my thumb open with a fresh new sharp razor blade at work scraping a rally stripe off a 90' mustang. Had to get 5 stitches to close it up.)

Meh kinda day, but I was pretty sore and jammed my injured thumb, went in and did what I was supposed to do and skipped deficits cause straps still hurt the thumb.
