Due to low ceiling height I am forced to do seated presses only. My previous training space allowed for standing presses (2.0), between reps I took a breath when bar was in the bottom position.
Is their a consensus recommendation for when to take a breath between reps for Seated Presses (bar at bottom position or bar at lock out position)?
Thanks in advance for your help.
My clients have had success with both. Just make sure if you breathe at the top that you are attentive to bringing the bar back down into the proper start position each time.
