Strength Enhancement and Strength Training Questions Answered Here (sticky better)
Dearest SS Community,
It has been brought to my attention that several people come to these boards to find guidance, motivation and advice on strength training. Instead of merely training for "athleticism" (whatever that is) and-or decreased bodyweight, I understand many people have quantifiable goals. I have spoken to a few members of the community on this board who are qualified. These people will help answer questions, and are willing to help so generously with their time. Any questions you have regarding training for strength or performance in related activities, post them on this site and people will address your questions at when they feel generous with their time.

Well, I had just downed another pint of St Bernardus with a double tap of Black Bush and gave it an 8 for great. The speed of post was superb as well.

But really, it's not about me. It's about balancing out the retardedness that is RH. And trolling. It's about trolling.
BTW, St. Bernardus is quite good. Don't know if I've heard of Black Bush though. I prefer a solid IPA myself. Dog Fish Head is probably tops in that category. Unless you're fortunate enough to get some Bridgeport.
