Chinups separately while doing Starting Strength
Rip,
I have been following Starting Strength for a few weeks now after a long break and I am progressing well right now. I am alternating Power Cleans and Deadlifts, but I think it would be a good time to add some Chinups to the program as described in the book.
The problem is that I lift during my lunch break at work twice per week and I have to keep it as short as possible (I have to take longer and longer breaks between sets so I would like to keep the sessions as short as possible).
I have 3 BJJ classes per week where I have a rope and rings available (usually in the evening after the gym). Would it be a reasonable option to do the Chinups before BJJ class? Or do you have a better suggestion?
