Default Floating Starting Position in Press 2.0 Question?

    Hey Rip,

For the Press 2.0, is it acceptable for the bar to move back slightly when loading the bow? I'm asking because after some thought, I was thinking the bow might be most efficient if the bar is resting on the delts to help distribute the force.

I'm finding that as I'm learning the movement, the bar recoils a bit and touches my shoulders/clavicles as I rebound. Should I focus on not allow this to happen?

    Thanks for any insight,
    Mike

It's fine when the bar is light. You'll find that 200 pounds corrects this.
