    Hi Mark,

I placed this thread down in the training forum, but thought it would reach more people through your section. So, feel free to delete this, if it is overkill or move it else where.

If anyone in the Colorado Springs, CO area is looking for a place to train that has quality equipment and trains in the starting strength manner, please feel free to email (David@pfstrength.com) or PM me.

The gym is Pro Fit Strength and Conditioning (pfstrength.com) and owned by my girlfriend and I. Located at the Shops at Voyager (near Interquest and Voyager)

    We have the following equipment:
    3 Squat Racks
    2 Rogue Olympic Bars
    1 Rogue Powerlifting Bar
    2 15 lbs Training Bars
    1 Platform
Training Floor is lined with thick rubber flooring
    650+ pounds in Rouge Bumpers
    Fractional Plates (.25, .5 , .75, 1 Lbs)
    Dumbbells from 5-100 lbs
    Dynamax Balls (10, 12 lbs)
    Prowler
    Various band sizes and strength

We offer 1-on-1 training (we teach the lifts in the starting strength manner...not a SS Coach, but plan on attending a seminar, as soon as I can), small group training, and have select open gym hours to throw the weights around on your own.

Check out the website for pricing (very affordable). Also, no memberships, pay as you go.

We aren't a large facility, but have the common goal of getting strong and want to continue spreading the starting strength method and ideals.

Alright, I'll plug it. How many square feet is the building?

    This includes:
