Squat Form Check
Am I still on track? These felt ok, but I feel like I'm having some issues with hip drive, and my back angle seems to have become more vertical, as the weight has gotten heavier. And although I know this isn't the best indicator of what's going on, I've yet to feel any real work from my glutes - during or after my workouts - hams get plenty tired and quads/groin tend to get sore though.

I don't see any major issues here. I don't like how you unrack the bar. When you're my age, your back won't either. Just lift it out gently. Also, I don't like the big shrug between reps. Means you're tightening something up then relaxing it again. Probably not a good idea under a heavy weight, but YMMV.
