I know my squat form needs a lot of improvement. Please point out things that I should focus on.
Thanks

The angle for the video of the squat makes it really difficult to make specific recomendations. You're not getting nearly deep enough and you lurch forwards when you get to about halfway down. To me this indicates that you probably need to point your toes out and push the knees way out. You also need to learn to make that second half of the movement all in the hips. It should feel like you're sinking straight down between your thighs.
Your knees shouldn't be going forwards once you're about 1/3 of the way down or you could hurt them.
It would probably help to get another video of the squat from an angle where we can see a bit more.
I've read the rippetoe guide. Doesnt mean my form will be perfect though.
I have a really hard time sitting back. I tried sitting back even just by doing air squats and I don't think I was able to get that low without going on my toes. Was the form fine with just the bar?
I have to assume that "the rippetoe guide" is not any edition of Starting Strength. This is because, you are (among other things) 1) squatting and deadlifting in running shoes 2) Squatting high bar technique with only low-bar bar position (and doing only half squats) 3) setting up for the deadlift all wrong.
