    After all the reading and training this what my form look right now at 150kg for 6 reps.

    Overall, not bad, however a few minor tweaks. Your start position at the beginning of every rep is slightly different. If you watch your butt in relation to the plate in the back ground, you will see it's in a different spot every rep, some worse than others.

    Your problems begin with the setup. Review the setup procedures in SS:BBT ed 3. When you move your shins forward to touch the bar, the hips do not move again. On the first one, you bounce up and down, and never find the sweet spot. Next, you should squeeze up your chest, you lower your hips and rock back onto your heels. Keep the hips frozen in space, squeeze up the chest, and then raise the bar after everything else is set. Do not rock back on your heels. Weight should remain on the midfoot throughout.

    Work those problems first.

    I can say for sure that the weight was not on my heels.
    I know the SS setup and I know when I'm in right spot. Thanks Mac.
