Squat Form Check
This is the last work set of three. 170 x 5.

Like I said, this is the last work set. I see that I miss depth on all but the first rep (badly on the last rep). I've really been working on keeping my knees out since my psoas hurt a lot of the time. Some stretching from mobilitywod has helped a bunch on psoas soreness.
I'm concerned about my overall technique and, what seems to me, like a complete lack of hip drive.
Me (and my successful last lifts):
211 lbs.
Squat: 165
Press: 85 (ugh. I have presses)
Bench: 140
Deadlift: 230
About thirteen months ago I started a diet. I lost about 65 pounds (254 -> 188) in nine months. Then I started going to the gym and lifting. I'm so weak In the four months since I started lifting I've gained about 23 pounds. I ate quite a bit at the beginning so I'm not sure much of it is muscle.
