I'll try and fix a better camera position next time.

Yes these are high. While descending focus more on Knees Out. Also it looks like the bar is resting in the fingers of your hands bending your wrist back. Straighten those wrists, this will probably cause the bar to move lower in your hand and thats ok. Your hip drive and eye gaze look good. Post another video after you lower the depth and fix the rack.

Sit back more, you come forward on your knees.

I don't know that this is particularly helpful.

Do get us better camera angles. I know this may be difficult, since you seem like a tall guy, but we definitely need to see your feet and a rear view (also including your feet). I would bet that your stance is too narrow, and from the partial view of the one foot, it appears that there's a big problem with your ankle(s) rolling in or your arch(es) collapsing, which is pretty impressive considering that it also looks like you're wearing lifting shoes. Move the equipment/furniture/etc. around to do it, if you have to. It's important.

I lowered my depth. Not sure if I fixed the rack. My stance is a little wider. I didn't really take notice of what my ankles were doing before you pointed it out, Simma. I don't know how to fix it. I have some scar tissue on the arch of my right foot that is sometimes painful (I strapped it up for this session). But that doesn't account for the fact that both of my ankles are rolling.
